Our policy for items purchased from our print and gift shop, lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Originals purchased through store.abendgallery.com are subject to our original artworks return policy.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm its receipt. We'll also update you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount, including the original shipping cost, will be processed. However, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping charges. If we provide a return label or if you refuse delivery resulting in the item being returned to us, those return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once processed, a credit will be automatically directed to your original payment method. Typically, your bank will process and make the refund available to you within 3 to 10 days after we initiate it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: Abend Gallery Fine Art, LLC, 1261 Delaware St, Denver, CO 80204, United States. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon request, we can provide you with a return shipping label. However, the cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if the delivery was refused and the item was returned to us by the shipper, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
